Our goal is to work with our member contractors in implementing safety programs and offer safety training. This will reduce losses and therefore reduce workers compensation premiums. We keep our members informed on law changes and offer compliance education. ABC can assist members in receiving the state mandated safety discount. Cooperation among general contractors and subcontractors can help reduce workers compensation costs for both. A safe work place results in reduced frequency of on-the-job injuries, lower overall costs and increased productivity.

Medical Insurance

A portion of your dues goes into a special foundation that funds the precedent setting legal actions that affect the Merit Shop / Free Enterprise philosophy of business. The national legal defense fund has been utilized effectively for the litigation process in opposing organized labor and government regulation.
